Hey everyone and welcome to Refinery Life Church.
Our theme for the month of April is “Recognising and Responding to the Living Lord.”
Today we are talking about Life in the Son.
After the spiritual high of Resurrection Sunday, some might ask, “Where to from here?”
Im glad you ask, we go onto perfection! Or at least those who are obedient and willing do!
And Im going to give you the church a choice, do you want Pastor Gary moving forward, or do you want the Prophetic Gary? The choice is yours but either way I have an expectation of you, that is that you listen and put the Word of God into action.
If you want the prophet be warned, you may not like what you hear sometimes.
Brother Sadhu said my walk would be a violent one, are you ready?
Remember the last time I preached the day the fast started? I said that the “revivals” that started in the US were shut down by the Lord a day earlier?
Have you heard anything about them since?
Im sick and tired of seat warming bread eaters, if you want to be a bread eater only that’s ok but your going to miss out on what the Lord has for you.
There is no condemnation here, the Lord is meeting you where you are at and carefully lifting you up.
I didn’t just spend 40 days only drinking water to stay where we are, it is no longer business as usual!
If you want a church that will entertain you instead of challenge you to grow, let me know, I will introduce you to the pastors at those churches.
Because Christ lives, we can be sure of several truths that change our lives into a daily experience worth living.
The key word in John’s first letter is “know”, the word is found thirty times in 105 verses.
John was certain of the gifts that come with Christ.
One of these gifts is life in the Son, 1 John 5:11 NKJV
11 And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.
I know I believe Christ.
Life is in the Son and is real.
Life is worth the living because He lives.

When you spend time with God, your life will change in amazing ways, because God is a Redeemer.
