Economy of the heart

Economy of the heart
Colossians 3:13 (NKJV)

bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.

Forgiveness is something that each of us has to deal within one way or another. What might take you just a short time to work through might be a process that takes someone else time, prayer, and Godly council. But it is a process we cannot ignore, not if we want to be free to become the person that God created us to be.

If we refuse to deal with the bitterness and resentments that put us in bondage, we cannot have he fellowship with our Father we are supposed to have.

Economy of the heart

It’s not ease to forgive another person. Some wounds are deep and last for decades. But hated and bitterness are bars that imprison us. when we place the other person in God’s hands and release the bitterness to Him, we’re set free, just as truly as if we were released from prison.

I really want to encourage you to be diligent with your Bible study time, because God has so much more for us than we can get from just going to church once or twice a week and hearing someone else talk about the Word. When you spend time with God, your life will change in amazing ways, because God is a Redeemer. There’s nothing that’s too hard for Him, and He can make you whole, spirit, soul and body!
