Angels Of Light

2 Corinthians 11:14 (NKJV)

And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.

Angels Of Light

Paul warns us to be wary of false prophets claiming to be apostles. Satan pretends to be an angel of light, and if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.” 2 Corinthians 11:15 (NKJV)

Our society is captivated by angels. In fact, many religions boast of their “angels of light”. We must not get caught up in mystic speculations or false prophets in our pursuit of knowledge about angels. The study of angels isn’t a fanciful leap into the realm of the supernatural. The true understanding of angels comes from rightly dividing Scripture.

It isn’t a false worship of angels we need, but the word of God with its reassuring truth that angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who inherit salvation.

Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation? Hebrews 1:14 (NKJV)

I really want to encourage you to be diligent with your Bible study time, because God has so much more for us than we can get from just going to church once or twice a week and hearing someone else talk about the Word. When you spend time with God, your life will change in amazing ways, because God is a Redeemer. There’s nothing that’s too hard for Him, and He can make you whole, spirit, soul and body!
