The church has entered a New Season. A New Era has began. It is the FINAL DISPENSATION of the End-times before the Lord Jesus returns soon.
- WHAT WILL THE CHURCH EXPERIENCE IN THIS FINAL DISPENSATION?
When we mention church, it also includes a family or a believer. It can also mean a ministry, a church or the Body of Christ as a whole. Now what will the church experience when this New Era began? Six things:
- New level of demonstration of Signs and Wonders in the church
Firstly, there will be a new level of the demonstration of signs and wonders in the church. So far, you know if you look at the early church in the book of Acts, the church was born with a great demonstration of signs and wonders. Not only the apostles were used by God in signs and wonders and healings and deliverances, but even ordinary disciples in the church like Philip. Philip was an evangelist, and he had a great signs and wonders ministry. (Acts 8) And he had four daughters who all had the gifts of prophecy. So the early church, not only the twelve apostles, but every single person in the church had a mighty signs and wonders ministry. Every one of them was a minister. Today, that’s not the scenario. Only the pastor seems to be the miracle worker, or special evangelists are miracle workers and the rest of the believers we are contented to just listen to some wonderful man of God who had a powerful walk with God. We are contented with second-hand information. This is all the past.
Angelic Activity will be commonplace
Now if you look at the early church every one of them not only had a signs and wonders ministry, but also a living encounter with God, with angels. Angelic activity in the church was so common that everybody in the church was seeing angels! It was not something great. In Acts 12, Peter was imprisoned, he was set free. He came to the apostle’s place, and he knocks on the door. A servant goes to answer the door, and she asked, “Who goes there?” And Peter says, “It is I, Peter!” and she recognised his voice. She quickly ran back into the house to tell everybody else that Peter has come. And now look at how everybody reacted – they were so cool! They said, “Ah, don’t worry, it’s not Peter. It’s just his angel.” And they went back doing their business without even giving another second thought to the angel who was standing outside! How common must be angelic activity in the old church, so much so they did not even bother about welcoming the angel into the house! Because they knew that it is an angel, he can walk through the doors! Why bother to open the door? He can find his own way into the house!
The Church will be restored and placed in Greater Glory
The church will be restored back to that glory in which the church was founded in the first place. It will be not only a restoration to what she was before, but it will be greater, because the Holy Bible tells us in Haggai 2:8 and 9, “The glory of the latter house will be greater than the former house.” So whatever you read in the book of Acts is nothing what you are going to experience in this Final Dispensation. So the church is going to experience signs and wonders at an unprecedented level that you will never be able to look for any precedent in the Bible.
Let me give you one example. In Acts 5, you will read that when the Apostle Peter was walking on the streets, they’ll bring sick people and put (them) down on the streets, so that when Peter is walking, his very shadow, when it falls on the sick people they’ll be healed. But I tell you, in these present times, not only the sick will be healed, even the dead will be raised. This is not a faith statement. Not just merely you walking, even the very shadow of your church building, when the unsaved, when the sick, and those who need some deliverance come pass by within the shadow of your church, they’ll be healed! They’ll receive their miracle and get delivered. Even without the preaching of the Word, as soon as people come within the atmosphere of your church, they’re going to drop down to their knees, put up their hands and cry to be saved. This will take place. The glory of the latter house will be greater than the glory of the former house.
This is a new season, the Final Dispensation. But let me emphasise to you one more time again. In this new season, it’s not just the pastor, not just the evangelist, not just the apostle, not just the teacher, not just the prophet that God is going to use mightily, but every common believer. OUR SEASON AND TIME HAS COME.
2) The Church will take on a New Identity
Secondly, the church will take on a new identity. How does the world look at the church today? Stinking, rotting building, right? That’s how the media looks at the church because of all the sub-standard lives that many ministers live. What is the difference between worldly Christians and a non-Christians in terms of attitudes? No difference! So if there’s no difference, why do I have to accept Jesus Christ if anything that is filthy also is practiced in the church? The people of the world divorce and remarry, divorce and remarry, and in the church which is supposed to hold marriage very holy, and if you do the same – marry, divorce – so why should the non-Christians become Christians when there’s no sanctity in our midst? This is how the world is seeing the church today: weak, powerless, doesn’t stand up, doesn’t even fully believe what the Bible teaches.Now this will change. The image of the church as a worldly church will change, and our hearts will change, your minds will change when the Lord pours out His Spirit upon us.
3) A great increase in revelational knowledge of God and the things of God
Thirdly, there’ll be a great increase in revelational knowledge of God and the things of God. If you read Revelation 10:7, “When the seventh angel blows the trumpet, then the mysteries of God will be completed.” They will be made known to the world.
4) There’ll be a great harvest of souls
Fourth, there’ll be a great harvest of souls. In the past, when you conducted an evangelistic meeting, whether in the church or outside the church, you had a small number of harvest. Now, we have a great, large harvest that will come into the church. Even people will go, come out seeking where your church is! They’ll want to know who’s Pastor Jose; they may see the name in a dream, “Pastor Jose, when he prays for you, you will be healed!” They don’t know who’s Pastor Jose.
Supernatural means, how souls will be added into the church. This is going to happen now. A great harvest of souls, and the angels of God are going to work together with you. Just like how they worked together in the early church, they’re going to work together with you for the final harvest.
5) The spiritual realm will become very, very visible to the believers
Number five, the spiritual realm will become very, very visible to the believers. No more it will be just someone who’s so close to God like Moses or Enoch, have open visions and they’ll see God. No! Every single believer in the church, you will experience an open heaven before you.
6) A prophetic company will rise up from the church
Finally, a prophetic company will rise up from the church. Joel 2:28 and 29, and Acts 2:17 and 18, And it shall be afterward, I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh. And your sons and your daughters shall prophesy; your old men shall dream dreams; your young men shall see visions. God will pour out His prophetic anointing on the children, the youth, old people, ministers and handmaidens, and even the slaves. EVERY PERSON IN A FAMILY WILL BECOME A PROPHETIC PERSON. Hallelujah! You will see visions, you will prophesy, you will dream dreams and God will use you prophetically to set the captives free. Every person that is named of Christ will no more be an ordinary believer, but you will be a prophetic person. This is what God is going to do in the new season.
The Church will not be as a dry dead bone anymore, but will show to the world what God’s people should be
This is the vision that Ezekiel saw in the valley of the dry and dead bones. In Ezekiel 37:1-10, Ezekiel is taken in the spirit to this valley and he sees totally dry, dead bones. And then God tells him, “Prophesy!”
When he prophesied, al the bones came together, muscles, sinews, all the joints joined together and it stood up, the Bible says, as an exceedingly great and mighty army.
That’s what’s going to happen to the church. The church may look like a dry, dead bone church, but it’s going to change, Amen. It’s going to change.
All the churches that are open to the Holy Spirit, they are going to be resurrected, resurrected with this new resurrection power that is going to come upon the church where you will no more be classified as a dry dead bone. You will become a prophetic church, a church that will demonstrate to the whole world the living Christ. What the Jews were supposed to show to the whole world what a nation should be, you are going to show to the whole world what a people of God will be.
II. WHAT IS THE LAST DAYS’ MINISTRY?
The last days ministries will be different. The gifts that will be manifest in the last days will be different. The power of God that will be manifest in the last days will be different. The way that you are going to see the Lord in the last days will be different. Heaven and earth are groaning with pain for the coming of the Lord! The Lord is waiting for the raising up of the last days’ ministries. God is waiting for the last days’ powerful generation to rise up. This is the generation that will bring to a total completion all the ministries done from the Old Testament till now. Without us, the Old Testament ministries were not completed. Without us, the New Testament ministries were not completed. We are the final consummation of all the ministries done in the Old Testament till now.
God’s glory will visibly come down on this earth during these last days. This glory that will be manifest in the last days will be totally different from the manifestation of the glory of the Holy Spirit in the New Testament. The last days’ spiritual anointing upon this generation, the Holy Spirit will touch them! The many revelations that will be revealed in these last days will not be compared to any other time. The power of God will be so strongly manifest that no one can stand against it. God has kept many ministries for us to do in the last days.
The last days anointing is so different from any other anointings. The last days’ ministries will be a ministry that will work closely with the Lord. The last days’ minister will be a person with spiritual eyes that will always be open. The last days’ ministers will be a minister who will be a prophetic person!
The Kingdom of God will come very near to this earth
The Lord has decrees that kept between heaven and earth. The Lord preached the gospel of the kingdom to His people. He said one thing in His message; He said, “Repent! For the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” This heavenly kingdom must come down to this earth. That will be the end of the world! Heaven and earth must be connected together. The kingdom of God must come down to this earth. As His will be done in heaven, let it be done on earth!
But before the kingdom of God can come down to this earth, it must reach another level. Before it can come to this earth, it must come very near earth. That is what the Lord Jesus emphasised in His message. The kingdom of heaven is near you! Before it can come into you, it’s come near you. What does it mean to say that it comes near you? It means that it is so near that it can come in and it can go out. Heaven is not far away!
In the new dispensation, people will get closer to the Lord. NOT ONLY CLOSER TO GOD, EVEN THE KINGDOM OF GOD WILL BE VERY CLOSE TO THEM. That is what the Lord is telling to you. In the New Testament I, the Son of Man, was close to you. In the last days, the kingdom of God will be close to you. Everything in the kingdom of God will be very close to you. The angels in God’s kingdom will be very close to you. The saints in the kingdom of God will be very close to you! The King in the kingdom of God will be very close to you! The Holy Spirit in the kingdom of God will become very close to you! The seraphim and the cherubim in the kingdom of God will be very close to you! They will come very close to your doorway. Nothing that happens in heaven will be closed to you.
IN THE NEW DISPENSATION, GOD IS BRINGING THE PEOPLE CLOSER TO THE KINGDOM OF GOD. It will come closer and closer and closer until the kingdom of God comes to this earth! There will be no more any interval between God and us! As it is the will of God in heaven, so shall it be on this earth!
God will also be king on this earth! Before the kingdom of God can come to this earth, it must come near you! Whatever they talk there, you can hear them! We are living very close, like neighbours. Heaven and earth are very close to each other. When you hear the horses in the kingdom of heaven, here (on earth) you can hear those horses.
Because you are now in the Final Dispensation, a new anointing will come upon you. It will be different from the anointing in the Old Testament, and that anointing will bring you closer to God! From henceforth you will angels of God ascending and descending! You will hear the sound of heaven in your ears! The angels of God will come very close to you! Your feet will walk in the kingdom of heaven!
We will walk in the kingdom of heaven
The Bible tells us, “He made my feet like hinds feet and made me walk in the high places.” Which high places? It is the inner kingdom of heaven high places! It will not be far away from you. The prophet Ezekiel experienced all these in his life. If you read Ezekiel 8, the Lord took him up to heaven by the lock of his hair. If you look at Daniel, if you look at John, the Lord talked with John and said, “Come up! Come up to heaven!” John entered into heaven, he saw all the things there. He did not see that in a vision but was TAKEN UP IN VISION. In the olden days a person called Enoch walked with God like that. Now this will become a common experience for everyone of you. In those days, heaven was open for one or two person.
O you last day generation, heaven will be open to all of you! Every one of you will walk in the kingdom of heaven. It’s not for one or two person, it will happen to everybody! In the New Testament, Christ was near to you! But in the last days the kingdom of heaven will be near you! You will inherit it!
This is the last days’ anointing that God will give you will help you do it!
We will work together with the Holy Spirit and the kingdom of heaven (saints, angels, heavenly spirits)
We are waiting for this last days’ anointing. As soon as this anointing comes down, your spiritual life will change. Look at the life of John. He began to speak with the saints. The saints will work together with you. They will work together with you for the next phase of their ministry. Only then will the ministry of Elijah be completed! Only then will the ministry of the prophet Moses will be completed!
Last days’ ministries to be done for God – you are going to prepare the way for the Lord Jesus
God has kept many works for us to do. YOU ARE GOING TO PREPARE THE WAY FOR THE LORD. You’re going to make a way ready for God. A prophet (person) who prepares the way for the Lord must only be a prophet. Before the Lord comes into this world, John the Baptist was sent forth. He did not do ministry for the people. He came to prepare the way for the Lord. A new generation will rise up. A prophetic generation will rise up to prepare the way for the Lord. He will make a way ready for the Lord to come. Your ministry is not only going to be on the earth. It will be a ministry to be done also in heaven. God has selected you for that.
The Last Days’ Anointing
In the New Testament age, all those who were filled with the Holy Spirit were called servants of the Lord. But the Lord is saying “Those of you who (are) servants of God, who are filled with the Holy Spirit, there is another anointing waiting for you.” This is a last days’ promised anointing of the Lord. This is the anointing that will bring heaven and earth together! This anointing will bring heaven, the kingdom of heaven close to you! This anointing will make you enter into the kingdom of heaven! This anointing will open your eyes and ears to see and hear the kingdom of heaven!
