Prophetic Intercessors for Australia: Arise as the End-Time Watchmen

As the world rapidly unfolds the signs foretold in Matthew 24, wars, famines, and increasing lawlessness, can clearly be seen, the urgency for prophetic intercessors to rise up and prepare the Bride of Christ for the Lord’s return has never been greater.
Stirred by biblical models like the sons of Issachar, who understood the times and knew what to do (1 Chronicles 12:32), and Gideon’s army of 300, PIFA seeks to mobilize a remnant army to intercede for national reformation and the fulfilment of Australia’s divine destiny.

Australia’s Divine Destiny
Generally speaking no genuine movement of God has taken place in the history of the church without it being preceded by prayer. But there is also repentance on the part of God’s people preceding such awakenings and calls for repentance to admit that we have not been what we should have been. Such a call for repentance can be seen preceding the First Great Commission Resurgence in the 18th Century.
We have noticed that many nations are represented in the PIFA Prayer Network, and each person comes with an assignment from the Lord to be a blessing to Australia. It is helpful to share historical information relating to what God has done before.
Australia has a rich history with significant favour for the gospel. Back in the 1780’s Rev John Sutcliff, an English Baptist pastor from Olney, Northamptonshire, was grieved at the serious decline of the church in England. He spoke of his concerns to his peers, of the Northampton Baptist Association and proposed a monthly one hour corporate prayer meeting be instigated to “wrestle with God for the effusion of His Holy Spirit”.
These meetings were the “PRAYER CALL of 1784 ” and became a catalyst for the wave of revival to sweep through the UK and North America. The prayers were for revival at home AND that the gospel would be spread to the most distant parts of the habitable globe. In the following years several mission society’s were created, many still in operation today including The Bible Society (1804), The London Missionary Society (1795) The Scottish Missionary Society (1799) and others.
These missionary society’s played a significant role for Australia in the early days with missionaries being sent to the colony of NSW, before Australia had a name. This vantage point also allowed UK sent missionaries to access other South Pacific nations. The destiny of the South nations is birthed.
Another Minister from Olney, Northamptonshire, England Rev John Newton, an Anglican, was part of the selection team to send Rev Richard Johnson to be on the first fleet to Colony New South Wales as a chaplain for the new colony.
The Spanish explorer had already declared that we were part of “the great Southlands of the Holy Spirit” and in 1788 Rev Richard Johnson came to the land down under with those convicts and early settlers. Prayer had been the driving force to stir up the church and become focused on prayer for there nation and beyond to the ends of the earth. Prayer had been the catalyst for missions to be birthed in the UK, and for missionaries to be sent. Prayer caused the selection of a God-fearing man, to be sent on that first fleet as a chaplain and prayer is what is needed now, let faith rise in us, God has done it before and He will do it again.
On Sunday 3^rd February 1788 Rev Richard Johnson conducted the first Christian Service on Australian soil and the sermon was titled ‘What Shall We Render To The Lord’ for all His Goodness Toward Me” from Psalm 116:12.

What shall I render to the Lord For all His benefits toward me?
From a humble beginning, as a missionary to a convict settlement, Rev Richard was a man with a deep sense of his calling to be a vessel of Gods love for the people, mostly convicts, thieves, and prostitutes. He was known to be a man filled with love for the people, love for Gods Word, and love for prayer.

The Mission of Prophetic Intercessors For Australia

PIFA’s mission is to equip and mobilise the Body of Christ to engage in powerful, targeted intercession that aligns with God’s plans. With a robust structure that includes training seminars, strategic prayer assignments, and an interconnected network of intercessors called Houses of Prayer Everywhere (HOPE), PIFA is empowering believers to break strongholds, ignite revival, and see Australia transformed into a God-fearing nation.
Intercessors are reminded of their high calling to stand in the gap on behalf of their land (2 Chronicles 7:14, Ezekiel 22:30)
PIFA’s intercessors are dedicated to ensuring Australia steps into its divine destiny as a sheep nation, fulfilling its role as the Great Southland of the Holy Spirit.

As darkness seems to rise globally, the promise of Isaiah 60:1-3 resounds over Australia: “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.”  PIFA envisions the Church stepping into its prophetic identity, manifesting the glory of God, and reaping a great harvest of souls in these final days.  By linking intercessors through regional gatherings, national prayer events, and digital platforms, PIFA is creating a united front for revival and transformation. Together, we can fulfil the mandate to prepare the way for the Lord and declare, “Come, Lord Jesus!”

Kairos timing. Kairos (Ancient Greek: καιρός) is an ancient Greek word meaning ‘the right or critical moment’.

The men of the tribe of Issachar had a deep understanding of their times. According to 1 Chronicles 12:32, understanding their times meant they knew precisely what Israel ought to do. They were divinely endowed with the wisdom to comprehend what God was doing and what they needed to do to align themselves with Him.

It is now time to ride the wave of the Lord as He moves us into a Season of harvest for the next 7 years.

What is the Lord leading us to accomplish for Year 2025?
HOPE 25 was one of the main things the Lord had placed on the Vision Keepers hearts. This is a mandate to raise 25 Houses of Prayer Everywhere this year, 2025. This also requires 25 Spirit Filled Coordinators to facilitate 25 Houses of Prayer.
The Lord also impressed that Teaching and Training needs to be completed: to facilitate this the Journey Track will be used as a tool to raise and train Prophetic Intercessors.In May the PIFA Coordinators will meet again, the purpose is to advance the PIFA Vision given by the Lord and encourage them. As well as how to encourage prayer groups to have their own prayer initiatives and details of their meeting location and dates.

The goal of HOPE 25 is a lofty one but it is exciting to announce that as of the end of February 2025 there are already 10 HOPE, let’s keep praying for a minimum of 15 more to emerge over the coming months.

HOPE 25 (2025) Strategy

Vision: To raise and link 25 Houses of Prayer (HOPE) across Australia, equipping intercessors to prophetically pray for national revival, transformation, and the fulfillment of God’s plans as we prepare for the second coming of Christ.

Mission: To establish prayer groups rooted in prophetic intercession, focusing on equipping believers, mobilising intercessors, and networking prayer communities for unified impact.

MOBILISING AND NETWORKING INTERCESSORS

A. Small Group Formation (Houses of Prayer Everywhere)
• Start with homes, workplaces, churches, or schools where 2-12 people can gather.
• Focus on worship, hearing from God, and interceding for national revival and transformation.

B. Regional and Citywide Inter-Church Prayer Gatherings
•  Organize regular gatherings to unite local churches and ministries for prayer over regional and national concerns.
•  Encourage pastors and leaders to attend and provide spiritual covering.

C. Strategic Prayer Assignments
• Identify spiritually significant locations in cities and towns that need redemption and breakthrough.
Conduct on-site intercession and warfare prayer to break strongholds.

D. National Prayer Gathering (NPG)
• Host an annual nationwide event, rotating cities each year, to align the Body of Christ with God’s direction for Australia.

KEY ACTIVITIES FOR EACH PRAYER HOUSE.

A. Worship and Waiting on God
1.  Ascend the Hill of the Lord Through Worship
Begin each gathering by creating an atmosphere of divine encounter through worship, aligning hearts with the holiness and majesty of God. Worship becomes the gateway to His presence:
1.“Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name.” (Psalm 100:4)
2.“But You are holy, enthroned in the praises of Israel.” (Psalm 22:3)

2.  Wait in Expectation for His Voice
As worship transitions to stillness, give space for silence, allowing the Holy Spirit to speak and reveal the Father’s heart.
“Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)
“My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” (John 10:27)

B. Intercession and Prophetic Prayer
•  1. Partnering with the Holy Spirit
“And the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.” (Romans 8:26)
•  2. Prophesy Over Cities and Regions
“You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; and light will shine on your ways.” (Job 22:28)
“Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord!’” (Ezekiel 37:4)
•  3. Align with God’s Redemptive Agenda
“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” (Matthew 9:37-38)

“Seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.” (Jeremiah 29:7)

“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”    (Matthew 5:16)
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.” (Ephesians 2:10)

•  Watch Over the Land
“I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest.” (Isaiah 62:6)
“If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)

REPENTANCE FOR AUSTRALIAN FEDERAL ELECTION ON 3^rd MAY 2025

Introduction and Background Research / Summary:
In past elections we have seen and experienced the routine and practices of Government Officials, from the Prime Minister, political party leaders and officials that have been tainted with election manipulation, cheating and corruption etc.
We appeal to our heavenly Father on behalf of the Australian elections that have been run under the influence of freemasonry, cheating, and manipulation, to ask God to give us politicians who have the fear of God and a desire to abide with your commands. We are asking for law abiding politicians who have a genuine love for the people of Australia and best intentions for their welfare and future.
We are asking you Lord of heaven and earth to cleanse and close the influence and policies of corrupt politicians who would run our government by their selfish ambition.
We ask you would grant the people of Australia to experience freedom to vote according to their conscience and for the people of Australia to be led by the spirit of God to place politicians that You would hand pick since the beginning of time, for the anointing of kingly and priestly anointing to operate in the Australian ekklesia.

We declare that Australia is a blessed nation, a righteous nation, and a missionary sending nation.
REPENTANCE FOR THE FOLLOWING GROUP OF PEOPLE PRIEST, PROPHETS AND PEOPLE OF THE LAND.
We intercede on behalf of the following group of people, priest, prophet and people of the land in Australia, from every State, Territory, City and Town

1.ABBA, we acknowledge that we have sinned against You.
On behalf of our people, we repent and ask for forgiveness for the sins of not heeding, obeying and aligning to the instructions of GOD instead following our own agenda and programs.
FATHER, we admit and ask for Your forgiveness on behalf of the Australian people, that we have opened the gates of our nation and our City of the Gold Coast to the enemy allowing differences in doctrines and beliefs, control and manipulation. We acknowledge that this has resulted to our practice of lies, untruthfulness and deceit, greed of power and wealth to the extent that we are not mindful anymore the significance of sanctification and righteous way of living giving glory to GOD.
We confess on behalf of the people here all the greed, our love of money, lust of the eyes, self-interest and love the things of this world instead of loving GOD with our whole heart, soul and strength!
This has resulted in compromises, corruption, bribery, illegal practices, exploitation labour, immorality and our being lukewarm to GOD.

2.We confess on behalf of GOD’S ministers and leaders for not paying heed to all the true prophetic words of the LORD, not aligning and obeying them.
We confess on behalf of them for not seeking the face of the LORD ON WHAT HIS plans, agenda, programs, and strategies that HE wants the church to follow and implement rather we are using our own plans and programs which did not come from GOD at all.

3.We confess of the disunity, for all the pride, backbiting, maligning each other, unforgiveness, hardness of heart, anger, hatred, revenge, hurting others, competition, allowing differences in doctrines, opinions, ideas to divide us, etc. particularly this coming election.

4. We confess on behalf of the body of Christ for not seeking the mind of Christ as one, to have one united stand regarding who will be the one to sit for power in the office of Prime Minister in our nation. We confess our orphaned spirit that ruled our hearts toward one another.

5. We confess that we have criticized one another, have at times backbitten and have allowed love and respect for our opinion, instead has slandered the body of Christ because  of our attitude toward one another.

6. We confess the sins of the body of Christ, that we have allowed the politicians to use us in their agenda rather than be a catalyst in guiding our people to choose the right candidates.

7. We confess for the sins of the princes of the land for allowing our power and money to be used to remain in power and able to remain in power thru manipulations and all kinds of cheating and coercion.

8. We confess for the sins of the people of the land for allowing the Politian’s to use us by enticing through campaigning with dirty tactics and manipulations through social media, by allowing money to influence the elections. Forgive us Lord for allowing this.

9. We confess for the sins of forms of electioneering which we have been guilty because of money and promised positions by the Politicians. Forgive us for patronizing old systems of politics in voting for corrupt politics and not seeking the welfare of the Nation, State or City, but seeking our own selfish desire and ambition to gain money and false hope and promises from the politicians.
10. We ask for forgiveness, on behalf of our forefathers, previous Prime Ministers, senators, mayors , councilors, and other positions in the govt. for their involvement with freemasonry, participating in its occultic rituals, and taking oaths of death at the expense of our nation and people thereby resulting to release curses in the land producing Masonic bloodlines among us and the generations to come which affects our elections in Australia.

We repent and ask for forgiveness, on behalf of previous highest position in office from Prime Minister, senators, mayors, governors, and other elected positions that they promised to the Australian people good governance but failed to fulfill it and declared their own agenda of corruption, abused of power etc. True governance is based on the government of God, which is ruled by the Lord Jesus Christ, the King of kings and the Lord of Lords
